Tap Out Negativity

Express gratitude regularly. Pay attention to times you say “thank you.” When you do, look directly into the eyes of the person you are thanking and muster as much genuine gratitude as you can. Keep a journal and, at the end of each day, note the specific times you felt a genuine, even if brief, connection with another person during the act of expressing gratitude.

TAP OUT NEGATIVITY, TIP #002

Message from the author: If you think that this blog is your cup of tea then share, like, and subscribe. That’s the best thing you can do after the blogger’s effort to come up with something worth reading (if you think so) during your wee hours. Also, I do not bear a Grammarian Hat so bear with the errors. Thanks!
